Terrible performance regardless of settings because of Ryzen processor

I recently upgraded to a 2080Ti and a Ryzen 7 2700x. Everything has been fine up to the point of me finally buying Forsaken Digital Deluxe Edition and launching the game. After a Reddit thread, hefty changes to my pc (including: overclocking, disabling SMT, disabling HPET, driver rolebacks etc.) I came to find out that this game simply has terrible or plain no support for AMD's SMT whatsoever. Regardless of my settings, whether I'm playing on 720p, everything lowest and downscaled to 25% or the highest settings possible with 1920x1080 upscaled to 200%, I average out between the high 50's low 70's mark with occasional tops when I'm looking at places that are not demanding such as map borders, insides of buildings etc. I've spent a total of 170 euro on this game and I'm honestly confused, sad and a little mad that a pc that spent me a hefty part of my money can't run this game because of the lack of proper support for chosen processor which is far more capable than my old one. (old was i5 6600k + 1060 OC 6GB this pc averaged about 100 / 140fps in most areas on nearly maxed out settings 1080p 100% scale.) I would like to know if anyone could give me some feedback? (Feedback from Bungie support would also be appreciated if this post every passes them by.) P.S. I do not want the standard troubleshooting that support gives to people who have trouble running the game as I've tried all of these things already. Link attached is a screenshot of my current fps during events in the first area of the game which was fluctuating between about 57 and 61 on highest settings 1080p 100% res scale.
