PSA for Izanami forge: DON'T JUST HANG OUT ON THE MIDDLE PLATFORM
Most of the blue enemies spawn on the lower platforms.
Sitting around trying to kill 1 blue guy every 30 seconds isn't going to work.
Only 1 player needs to be on the middle platform

1 ReplyFirst round is a little thin, but the second has plenty of harpies and frequent minotaurs in the middle section. More then enough.

1 ReplyMy group just hangs on middle platform, all the enemies teleport up there as long as no one goes down to the other platforms and we haven't ever failed the easiest forge yet (more likely because we are 650 now). You never need to leave the middle platform, and having your friends all around you means you can consistently support each other. In short, I disagree with you, but have not played with randoms on the new one (yet).

I just have 1 or 2 people in the center and 1 on the one of the outer platforms and than they just kill a blue and launch the batteries up to the center platform and someone up there picks it up and throws it in. Me and my friend play a game of catch it’s pretty fun actually. He throws it to the center and I try to catch it in the air and throw it in. Makes the forge just that much more fun.

That’s what I thought when doing the quest. I will look forward to this when I complete the quest.
