I was just asking myself this yesterday!! Since Black Armory, I’ve been constantly low on glimmer. But I’m doing a lot more activities than I was before. They definitely changed up glimmer pricing. It’s funny they didn’t mention it. But I’m not surprised. They have been doing stuff like this in Destiny since the first game. I still remember when they got busted for making the xp boost lower after you reach max power level.

I think they are trying to combat people exploiting the levellin system by stockpiling bounties....but they are working the wrong end of the problem. They need to force people to redeem them when they finish them....or LOCK IN the power level of the reward once the bounty is done. Because what they are doing now is just annoying the people who play the game normally....while not doing a damn thing to stop people like Gigz and other streamers who stockpile dozens bounties in preparation for a new content drop.

Edited by Kang 81: 12/14/2018 11:28:16 PMI don’t see why people should be punished for stockpiling bounties to be honest. Anyone can do so, and it doesn’t really hurt anything. I don’t really do so myself, with the exception of the dreaming city dailies and the solo clan XP bounties. That’s only to avoid the tedium of the grind anyway. Might as well be efficient and save any extra ones for when they’d be useful at the start of the reset. I’m just sick of Bungie throttling player progression. It’s just a way to forcibly prolong the content anyway. Besides, the super hardcore are going to hit max power and finish all the content regardless of Bungie’s throttling.

It breaks the game.
