Refer-a-friend disappeared?
I referred a friend to D2, he clicked on the link and was showing up under "Pending" for a while. He ended up liking the game and bought Forsaken. Once I heard that he bought the xpacs, I had him confirm the link through the refer-a-friend site, and now he's not showing up under pending or current. What gives?
