this happened to me during the Halloween event too, fyi. previewing the engrams shows me that i've "acquired" some items when i have not acquired any items, in fact, because I haven't even set out to play yet. The image linked is what I see in my collections, but the engram says I have the holiday cloak, legs, and helmet. It may be worth noting that I first tried to visit Tess back when the servers were having massive problems and everyone was getting booted to orbit. Naturally some confusing overlays happened and I was booted to orbit in seconds, so I can't say what happened.
