Lost Engram
Managed to get online, so I decided to visit Eververse to get the new Christmas engram from the update. When I approached her, the text with the engram that would normally appear was blank and only showed the enter key prompt; however, before I could even press that I was booted from the store without the engram and can no longer claim it.
