From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. New blue bounties available from ada. Maybe it gives a random black armory weapon. Jumps through hoops to complete bounty. Cash in bounty. Crooked fang.........No more blue bounties for me.
