Hey Bungie?
I like Destiny, I really like Destiny. I like feeling as if I'm this legendary hero that actually has an effect on the world around me. I like feeling as if I'm important to the characters in game, as if they care about my wellbeing. I like being THE Guardian of legends, who has saved humanity countless times
In the future... When someone completes a world first raid. Maybe give credit to our Guardian instead of theirs? Maybe? Kinda messes the story up if we have Guardians who aren't us taking down metal gear bosses right across the street from the tower.

Its ment to be your personal story the other guardians that are in your party are considered none existant and your story basically says you did it on your own

Bump Bump this so hard. I didn't even read the stupid post about who won world's first both times they have done this because it pisses me off so much. When I beat it and read the screenshot that I saved, I'll change it to read: I beat so and so raid, I made these changes in the world- not someone who I've never met or never helped me beat it. Ugh..

I understand what you're saying, but at the same time, it's not that big of a deal. Lorewise, if you haven't completed the raid, your guardian hasn't experienced that part of the story yet, which is how it kind of should be until you complete it. This is why a lot of people dont consider Destiny an MMO. I've always felt that my guardian forges his own path despite what those around him are doing. If another fireteam completes the raid, that has absolutely no effect on my character, it's essentially an alternate universe where THAT fireteam defeats the raid boss instead of the universe where my fireteam does it.

7 RepliesI think it would be kind of unfair to those who actually do the raid. Best solution I see is how TTK handled it: Make it so that the campaign finish is, lore wise, as big a deal as the raid finish. Then the game can refer to that feat of yours.

34 RepliesAccording to the Lore, we dont actually participate in these Raids. We're only responsible for the Campaign story. This is why Ghost says Xol was the most powerful thing it's ever seen. It's also why we aren't mentioned specifically about our Raid triumphs from D1 and are only known for defeating the Dark Heart in the Black Garden and being the Hero of the Red War.

If it was fair from the start none of those asshats would even be In The top 10 lol start all players at 10 below light level . Just for the first night all gear and guns auto to 10 below what it is and may the best team win !!!!!!!! Not we exploited the bounty system yay we’re the best weasels ever lmao set it so it’s actually fair Bungie and their world first are a total joke . The last one was exploiters and cheats is there anything these fail nubs can do right ?

2 Replieswhat do you mean by that? You mean like the message that we personally see in game when they cleared it? It could be said in a ambiguous way that the guardian being spoken about is the one reading, sure i see no harm it that But if you mean like getting some kind of record in triumphs or even the thing we have below our characters selection scree that tells our story in D1 (don't remember what that is called) then hell no, i know that some times is kind of out of our hands, but still, nope.
