Im not going to make any real comments on the amount of content untill i know what all the content is.
My problem is that it added nothing to the vanguard crucible gambit or world loot drops.

They added to both vanguard and crucible loot pool.

So far I have got the new high rate of fire shotgun and a scout in crucible, and new scout and sniper from vanguard. I hav not turned in a bunch of stuff because I am leveling

Vanguard sniper is persuader, the crucible shotgun is wishbringer

They were added as part of the seasonal update and not part of the black armoury expansion. My complaint was that the black armoury didnt add more to these loot pools.

Black armory added weapons in the black armory. So no they are not going to add things in the loot pool for non paying people. Crucible and vanguard stuff is part of the free for everyone stuff.
