My opinion is I'm not complaining I can't do it yet even though I paid for it just like everyone else, and I'm okay with leveling until I can beat the first forge. Buy the pass if you like to level your character and play the game, and do new things periodically along the way. Don't buy it if you don't. That's the long and short of it.
