I couldn't agree more. Although Bungie wasn't perfectly clear about what all would be in the Pass, the one thing they WERE clear about is that it extends the [b]endgame[/b]. Every raid that has dropped has always required one to grind for LL/PL beforehand. When a base game or full expansion drops, the recommended LL for Nightfalls are always a bit higher, indicating the need for more LL before giving it a go. Escalation Protocol was tough or unbeatable until you were high enough LL. The Dreaming City [b]mobs[/b] wrecked me when I first got there because I wasn't at the recommended LL. Higher Tiers of Blind Well were challenging or impossible unless I was high enough LL. I don't see how the Forges, which are supposed to be endgame activities, are any different.
