This happen to me but with completing of weekly strikes, 578 boots with Power 604

Same for me on Mars Flashpoint. I also got no drop at all for doing both weekly Petra bounties after I finally found someone else in the Blind Well.

There must be some bug. And this is quite painful, because we need every powerful engram to boost Power to do the Forge.
