Yeah agree. However remember you have paid in full for essentially a promise to provide a 3 course entree meals. There is no main course here. And if the first course experience is mostly bad, then you really should call it out. What happened here is people fell into the sunk cost trap and now trying to defend the product they bought so they feel better about themselves.
