The only thing I can think of, is that Zavala and Ikora knew about the black armory, but respected Adas choice to not involve guardians. Especially since it seems she's been around since the first Risen and Warlords were still around. I'm assuming she also arms the guards and citizens of the tower and city. But since we had to move from our tower, well we got a bit closer to her, and spider likes to stick hims arms in others business

Edited by EYEQUtheREBEL: 12/6/2018 12:50:45 AMYou know Bungie is setting up a Halo Reach type of Destiny game with the lore of the first risen guardians. It'll be called "Destiny's Child - The Pre-JayZ Era". This game will drop after Destiny 4 - "Darkness gone, now what part 1" dies and 343 Industries takes over all future Destiny projects.

Nah, The weapons were designed to kill guardians. or at least have the capacity to kill guardians.
"that weapon... is beyond special. A witness to the slaughter of our Founder. and my an ally in vengeance against those responsible. Lightbearers. just. like. you. "
Ah, I forgot that. Might also be why the vanguard may begrudgingly allow her to persevere, as they know very well about Dregen, the Shadows of Yor, the Warlords, and other infamous Guardian killers exist. And a time may come again when they may grow too powerful

i doubt the vanguard are knowledgeable of her. Vanguard only moved here after the Red War. Ada had to close up shop due to the forges being overrun. so there wouldnt be much foottraffic to make any suspect.

WOW your faith in Bungie is so strong, you believe despite all the evidence to the contrary
-
Na you just don't pay attention to lore.
-
No, her lore and dialog clearly states why she is there and what happens.

Edited by Maroc-Dragon: 12/5/2018 7:37:22 PMLook I know it was an oversight, I just really like the story they tell in the world. Of course I'm confused and annoyed at some things in the game, but I wont let that detract from my enjoyment of the story. And thinking up new pathways or storylines, I enjoy. Take Nokris, while I'm intrigued to see if they're really dead or not, when we first learned of him, I wondered if he was trapped in the vex timeline, erased from all but physical recordings Another example, is the alpha conduit lost sector in Io. Did you know, now theres a taken blight there protecting the vex hydra? All I can think of is the vex mind that was taken by Oryx and given to Savathun, and either of them is trying to preserve and maybe take the vex network again

This is the most logical explanation. What those 2 know and we don’t know could fill an encyclopedia. I mean, if Zavala can be there at Rasputin’s doorstep, then this is entirely feasible. It’s just... why don’t they explain this up front? Make visiting one of them a quest step... hell, I’d even have settled for s reskinned cutscene from the end of Warmind!
