Tracking or looking into the issue means that they are looking at ways to keep you playing on the game for hours before you get what you want or need. Same story from beginning.
-
You can stop tracking it, I’ve found the issue. Guardians are being put into blind well area solo, all the time.
-
Just out of curiosity what does "tracking this issue" mean? It's fairly obvious it's broken. Does Bungie wait for "x" amount of complaints before saying it's tracking an issue or do they wait until they verify it through their own testing (if that's even something they're willing to do) to acknowledge it's broken? 40 years of doing software development and I can't remember ever using the phrase "we're tracking an issue". If even one customer reported a problem we immediately attempted to duplicate it and verify it. Once that was done we acknowledged the bug and fixed it post-haste.
-
That's great Bungie. How about actively FIXING the issue????
-
They have to figure out what broke first. Hence tracking the issue.
-
It's not like there's just a switch they flip from "Broke" to "Fixed", you numpty.
-
I'm sure they're going to fix the issue, it's not like they're going to ignore it after acknowledging it...

Then can I get two bounties replaced on two toons, my Warlock and Titan both had them from yesterday, but time ran out because I could not do the well. They were Defender of the Well and Challenge: Plaguebreaker. Thank you very much if you can but make it after you fix the well....DUH
-
they were fine yesterday. I can say that from experience. It broke with the new patch.
-
I hope so, need higher light to be able to do forge but can’t get there because blind well is broke. Good job.
-
Then add it to the known issues post.
-
I imagine the Bungie officer are fairly chaotic at present. What a mess.
-
Thank you. Can you also look into clan bounties not being counted when turned in for XP?
