Update 2.1.1.1 can't collect Clan XP Engram (PC)
Hey,
so I completed my Clan XP last week and it did not collect it to save up from BA, this week after the update I tried to collect it and it did not work.
After turning in another 5k Clan XP, the NPC still says that I can collect it however the message to collect it never appears.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I don't wanna lose out on 3 Clan Engrams right before the raid

9 RepliesHi. Thanks for your report. Players must claim their weekly reward from Hawthorne in the same week to receive their clan reward. You may need to log out, [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url], then log back in to try and start getting a new clan engram.

Same situation here. I forgot to get my clan engrams from hawthorne and they just disappeared. i thought they would just auto decrypt like before. Also, my powerful engrams from the guardian of all milestone from Ikora did not autodecrypt as well. It shows that i can claim it from Ikora. If i claim them now, it means i claimed them for this current reset. So essentially i lost my powerful drop from last week as well.

4 RepliesI have this issue as well. Thought I'd be clever and have the powerful engrams ready to go... I've been at 600 for quite a while, so I figured worse case, I lose a powerful engram on all three characters for the previous week, which really wouldn't have hurt or helped me much anyway. Now, the reality? It says to talk to Hawthorne. I do. Nothing. Even after re-contributing another 5k clan xp to the cause. I've revisited the destination, relaunched the game.... nothing seems to change this. So, I'm out a total of 6 powerful engrams, 9 powerful engrams across my account if you count Ikora (though, that's being dramatic, I'd be content with the 3 that I'm supposed to get from Hawthorne for *this* week's contribution). No, I haven't changed clans - not that would have mattered for this particular issue. Honestly, the expectation here was that it was simply a bug in the api and I'd get my engram after doing this week's contribution, but that doesn't seem to be the case. And yes, this is on PC.
