Description: SCP-017 is the name given to several various fragments of armor and weapons from an unknown civilization. items made of SCP-017 are typically 0.1mm thick (0.04inches) with a weight of 1kg (2.2lbs). SCP-017 has shown incredible resistance against gunfire, superheated plasma, and direct strikes from SCP-006-OT. Due to the level of durability, carbon dating has proven impossible as of {Redacted}. further attempts to find the age of SCP-017's objects are ongoing.
SCP-017 had been gifted to the foundation on {Redacted} by an unnamed benefactor under the alias "a friendly face". Information confirms SCP-017 had come from a distant Galaxy possibly several millennia ago. An exact location is yet to be confirmed.
One thing I remember from when I was diving into Star Wars wiki articles was Madolorian iron and how it was one of the strongest armors out there in the Star wars universe. So I thought, what if a meteor hit earth and it had a few pieces attached? Anyways hope you enjoyed this one.
10 RepliesSTAR WARS INFUSED BUMP!!! Okay so the metal is known as Bes’kar in Star Wars. A suit made out of it is called Bes’kar Gam. This stuff is strong enough that if hit directly with a lightsaber, no damage will be done to the metal other than the paint over it getting burnt away. A similar metal is called Cortosis. It is not as affective and is more difficult to produce. The reason being is that the heat is disappeared through the entire metal, making it after a while, uncomfortable to wear and making it impossible to mine with conventional methods. The only affective was to mine it is to use a pick. Back to Bes’kar, it can be found very aplenty on the planet Mandalore, but it can only be found on Mandalore. The only people who can properly create objects with Bes’kar are Mandalorian Blacksmiths.
