For 4 days now I get the message "The servers are currently not available. Press esc to try again". Nothing I do is fixing this problem. Apparently, resetting your password can fix it. Yeah... Guess what, still stuck with the same issue. Who would have thought... Anyway I am kind of pissed, because I know that I am not the only one facing this issue, and still I didn't find any solution. Also I don't think it makes it easier, that I can't find any support email adress or phone number. Not really the best customer service, for a full price game. I now decided to delete the game and reinstall it, which costs me another day, due to its size of 83GB. So that would be 5 days without any type of help whatsoever. Hope I can somehow get help over here... Edit: wanted to post this and it told me there was a problem, I should try later... You have got to be kidding me. Oh and please don't ask if I have tried to reset my wifi modem... Guess what, I have.
