Gambit or any PvE boss fighting content game breaking bug
So when a Titan is using the Exotic "[u]Synthoceps[/u]" and you stand in a [u]well of radiance[/u], it thinks you are in your super. The perk ends up giving you bonus damage, [u]stacked with Melting Point, Ikelos Shotgun (Trench Barrel) and Guiding Flame you can kill a Gambit Primevil in about 3 seconds[/u] as this video is proof.
At one point of the video he is hitting [i]1268 Crits[/i] on the boss PER PELLET. This needs to get looked into!

If a team spawns Prime and beats it in under 5 secs after then only thing you can do is use report function for exploiting the game. Not the teams fault but it’s the only way to draw Bungies attention to it
