Fullscreen laptop issue

Destiny 2 runs only in window mode. Which seriously drops FPS. I'm sorry about creating this topic but I need to know if this issue was fixed. I've seen some topics about it and done all the recomendations for fixing this problem but those topics were quite outdated. So I wnat to know is this issue was solved and what should I do to fix it?
