Title pretty much says it all. I’d like to add that since exotics are now so rare it is almost impossible to get an exotic armour piece that u want to drop with an excellent perk roll, Xur should also sell them again which would make him also viable once more even if it’s for a short time, thoughts?

Got my first armour drop yesterday and the roll on the collection version was better, really would like to see glass needles return! -
Remember that thing can’t regain from collection item contains random perks
