"Strange Terrain" campaign mission glitch; unable to finish mission

I've reached the end of this mission 6 times now and have killed Nokris each time. After killing Nokris the game queues me to send out my ghost on a platform in the middle of the room, which should then bring out a crystal and begin a dialogue. The problem is, nothing ever happens after I send my ghost out, the ghost just disappears into thin air and I'm stuck waiting in an empty room. I've tried going back to orbit and redoing the mission, relaunching the game and doing the mission, and even waiting a day before doing the mission again, but no matter what I try the same glitch always happens at the end. Any help?!???????

 • Hey so I had the same problem, I’d get to Nokris and one shot him with my nighthawk and I’d get stuck. But I took off the nighthawk thinking it was because I finished the mission too quick? So I let him use all three crystals and I ended up completing the mission. So let Nokris go through all three shield phases and it should work. Also I’m on PS4. Hope this helps :)

 • Hi. Thanks for your report. You may want to perform a scan and repair in the Battle.net app to see if that may help with your issue. If that doesn't work, delete the following local cache/settings directories:

- %PROGRAMDATA%\Battle.net – %APPDATA%\Battle.net – %LOCALAPPDATA%\Battle.net – %APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC
*WARNING* Deleting these will cause you to lose persisted settings, such as logged in users, keybinds and graphics settings in Destiny, etc. The directory names above are actual paths that can be used in Windows Explorer. For example, if you enter "%PROGRAMDATA%" in the Windows Explorer address bar, it will automatically take you to C:\ProgramData (default), which is a hidden directory.
