Willing and able. Your lax gun laws hand them the opportunity on a platter.
California has some of the strictest gun control laws in the country. Didnt help did it?
-
Strictest in america for gun laws doesnt mean shit lmao.
Strictest in america for gun laws doesnt mean shit lmao.
So gun control doesn't work? Hey look we agree.
-
That logic brings a smile to my face. Strict has no meaning with regard to gun laws in the us compared to the rest of the developed world. If your subjective idea of strict laws fails in some way, that then does not mean that strict laws are not required...because the notion of strict is flawed in itself.

You're telling me they dont. I'm telling you they dont. Lol what are we arguing about?
-
They dont, but not because the idea of gun laws is flawed but because the effectiveness of the gun laws in question was negligible because they were not fully implemented.

-
Well unless california's gun restrictions are a full representation of what working gun restrictions are, gun laws have not been fully implemented; ur gun laws are still the -blam!- cousin of australia's.

Progressive licensing and maintenance restrictions in addition to general bans on guns that are powerful to excess, based on caliber, mv, capacity and fire rate.
Progressive licensing and maintenance restrictions in addition to general bans on guns that are powerful to excess, based on caliber, mv, capacity and fire rate.
Lmao okay. "Maintanence restrictions" is hilarious. You wanna restrict my gun oil now too ?
-
I didnt explain well enough. Meant there needs to be regular checks of the guns that people own to ensure they are maintaining it in the condition it is licenced under.

No, Ajax means that America has very few gun regulations, so having the most isnt a very high bar.
No, Ajax means that America has very few gun regulations, so having the most isnt a very high bar.
Therefore, all of the gun control pushed for and passed by California is, by his own admission, ineffective.
-
Politicians aren't letting them create sufficient gun regulations.
Politicians aren't letting them create sufficient gun regulations.
Oh, like what? What would hand prevented this?

It was also done with a handgun, not a super scary assault rifle!

With an unnecessary modification that allowed him to pop more shots, faster, and without reloading.
-
The "unnecessary modifications" are illegal in that state. Showing that strict gun laws dont work
-
Source? All I can find is that he used an extended mag, which was illegal in California to begin with.
