Y'all know you can make them in the collections tab right? Collections/Flair/ Transmat effects.

For 450 bright dust you can... The most you can get from tess's bounties is around 300 per day and you can't get all her bounties every day. Sooo yeah.

you can also dismantle ships, sparrows, shaders etc you don't use for bright dust. THats what i do and I have been sitting at around 32K bright dust
