Cant finish Mad Bomber Quest
I got all the way to the last part to defeat him and the room was empty, killing myself, and leaving until it threw me back did not fix it, have to run through the entire thing again. Everytime i reach the encounter area in the mine, you can hear the encounter starting but the enemy does not appear. Is there a way to prevent this?
