Destiny 1 Y1 vanilla had at least a half dozen exotic quests for most of the best weapons in the game (Bad Juju, Pocket Infinity, Thorn, etc.) and Xur sold a section of almost the entire exotic loot pool weekly. He sold freaking Gjallarhorn and Suros Regime in the first month. Don't bring up D1 Y1 to derrogatorily call people "whinging" when you're disingenuously arguing a false equivalency. Oh, and you get an exotic a day playing casually. For the love of God, how many times does it have to be explained that your experiences with rng might differ from hundreds, thousands, or even millions of other players' experiences? What kind of person thinks, "Oh, well my life has been this way so everyone's experience should be this way"? A self-centered ass with zero empathy. Do you think that since you've never been shot then people just don't get shot? Do you think people just make it up, because clearly you must think that the people on even this one thread are lying about their experiences and luck. And as for the last part of your rant, D1 Y1 exotics WERE nerfed almost immediately, with Suros being first on the chopping block after about one month. I think Mythoclast was next, then Hawkmoon, Thorn, etc, etc, etc. Again, either arguing from ignorance or deliberately using misinformation to support your opinion.
