Decreased charge time (from 1025 to 725) and more ammo (15 instead of 13) The steps are: Get the catalyst from SOS prestige 1000 kills with ep shotty equipped 1000 kills with ep sniper equipped 2000 kills with ep mp equipped Opening the oracle chest in the whisper mission 500 kills with sleeper Cheers and have fun
