Gunsmith not giving reward
Artice 99-40 Gunsmith is not giving the faction reward. This happened with my second character a Titan and now with my Third Character a Hunter as well. The Icon flashes but there is no engram inside. The reputation bar is full and flashes as well.

You need to finish Red War campaign before you’ll be able to claim at tower gunsmith.
