Make the new black tier weapons for black armory be ultrapowerful in PVE and ban them in the crucible so the crucibabies don't whine for nerfs

I want to see some amazing ultra powerful guns in the next DLC and if these weapons were simply banned in pvp we could finally live a real power fantasy without worrying our favorite weapons would be nerfed due to people complaining about them in pvp. This seems to me to be the best way to enable PVE players to enjoy weapons that really fulfill a power fantasy without bungie having to nerf them due to constant pvp whiners. Imagine something like the valkyrie, or the iron battle axe or the vault of glass relic as your permanent weapon. I want something like THAT. Something crazy. There already are PVE specific weapons, theyre relics that can only be used temporarily, like the scorch cannon or the raid relics. You can't take these into pvp but you also don't own them and opportunities to use them in pve are too limited. I think the black armory DLC and the new rumored tier of "black" rarity weapons presents a unique opportunity to do some really crazy shit with permanent pve weapons but if they do that really crazy shit and allow it into PVP people are going to be unhappy. What makes a weapon powerful is not just about damage though, its about the way a weapon could funciton too. Imagine a machine gun that for example can track enemies around corners. Imagine a bow or linear fusion rifle that could actually shoot through walls instead of just seeing through them. Stuff like this could be a really fun to use in PVE gun but would be fundamentally unbalanced/unfair in PVP by nature and everyone would ask for it to be nerfed or removed as a result. Would stuff like this be overpowered or disliked in PVP? Hell yes. Would it be fun in PVE? Hell yes. I would like these weapons to just be completely seperate so that they can do insane things and pvp balance won't matter because they aren't available there. Thats why id like to see them try something really bold design wise with weapons and just leave it out of pvp at least at the beginning. It could be tried out later via crucible labs or mayhem mode though.
