Who would of preferred the Dark Forest other the Infinite Forest?
So far I have played multiple runs of the Haunted Forest and felt somewhat disappointed. I enjoy it somewhat but would of felt even more intrigued if it was the Dark Forest instead. I understand how the Dark Forest is important for acquiring past Forsaken supers, but they could of seperated the two and still had the matchmaking.
I believe the aesthetic of it being an actual forest would be cooler, especially since the Haunted Forest is the Infinite Forest with the lights turned off and different colored hues and lightning... I also imagined the Forest to be more of a progressive path downwards, like the first wave/level could be an actual plane covered in trees like the Dark Forest. Once you clear that level instead of being teleported, you're beckoned to the middle of that wave/plane and then you are made to kill the Nightmare. You then continue to go downwards through different planes while completing the same objective as the first. I also believe it should be a weekly milestone that should award powerful gear, and also reward grind-worthy rewards and speacial bounties and mini quest to go with it.
That was just a thought although, I believe the Forest would be overall a cooler event if it was styled and designed like I suggested instead of the Infinite Forest.
