Just a thought. How about giving comp some bounties (not many) maybe 3 or 4 a week for teams that lose but players that play well. To give incentive for players to play well and stick it out.
For instance. (Worth 50 points each)
When losing a match retain an overall k.d greater than 1.2 (3 matches)
Finish 5 losing matches at the top of the leader board for your team.
Capture the most zones in your team (3 times)
Be the last guardian standing while defusing a countdown charge to win a round ( 3 times)
In survival win a round while opposition is 3 wins (5 times)

I like the concept, but not your ideas for the bounties. Some of those will encourage people to ignore the objective altogether for the sake of the bounty. Imagine playing comp and 2 of the 4 on your team are playing the objective and the other 2 are deliberately trying to take an L. I can see the upsides too. Sometimes you go on a losing streak and the bounties can help make up for the glory points you lost. Consider making a separate post on the feedback page OP.

I think competitive should have ranks like halo, that’d be great but this game isn’t esports so it probably won’t happen.

Good idea bad bounties. Instead bounties should just be kill so many guardians or get kills with a certain weapon or get kills with a certain subclass. Or win rounds or capture zones etc. Generic bounties won’t affect your win/loss. They could reward 25-50 glory points and some shards.

Not very likely to happen 3×

I'd like to see bounties too, but... every end crawls from the same pit, rising from the schism to swallow matter, Light and life. It cannot be stopped, but here, it can be slowed. The Shrines of Oryx must be destroyed.

4 bounties: 3 daily and 1 weekly. Daily: from 10 to 20 points Weekly: 50 points

I wouldn't do it where you have to be losing to complete the bounty. Just keep it as "disarm three charges in countdown." "Finish 5 games with a Kd greater than 1" things like that. Or you'll probably get people throwing matches. However, I believe the end of week glory points for playing 3 matches is supposed to make up for this.

Bounties can fix some of the problems. Great idea. Something maybe like x amount of precision kills. Finish with about x amount of kills. Finish with X amount of efficiency. Ect ect

Bounties to simply finish matches are a great way to reduce quitting. Especially if all the other bounties are designed to be finished within those games. 3 would be a good number of matches a day.

How about a gambit bounty for getting shot by sleeper by a clan of 4. That would be super easy to achieve.
