My guardian blacked out after a guys night and crashed in a car in the Russian cosmodrome then some punk teens decided to move my body out of the car and just left it by a wall.

For my D1 Warlock that I transferred, and then deleted to make room for my Titan, since I stopped on him after CoO, I came up with the headcanon that he got lost in the Infinite Forest and was never heard from again. My Warlock, now, was his disciple and lives to carry on his teacher's legacy.

My personal headcannon for my guardian, is not much. All I have is just that my guardian, even though he is an exo doesn't need reboots. Because he modified himself with salvaged vex tech.

I died on Mercury trying to fight off Vex. I got resurrected there. I am a sunsinger named Apollo, my ghost is Helios.

My Titan was first resurrected sometime during the Dark Age. Since then she has spent most of her time leading crusades against the City's enemies, earning herself a reputation for being powerful and a demon on the battlefield in the process. She fought on the Dreadnought, helped with the Siva Crisis (afterwards, she joined the new generation of Iron Lords), and (naturally) was present during the Red War. She mostly ignored the events of CoO and Warmind, seeing as the Godslayer seemed to have things handled and she never liked Osiris or Ana Bray that much in the first place. But when she got wind of the death of Cayde-6 and the state of the Awoken people, she defied Zavala's orders and immediately headed to the Reef, where she currently resides engaging the Scorn and the Taken.

I had survived the collapse, and lived in the city for a short time, before leaving with my pistol, The Chosen. I was very interested in the Hive and Vex that were on Earth. I tried to study them, Vex time travel, the sword logic. One day, I got lucky, a vex mind had been trying to transform part of the CBZ(Canadian Blaze Zone). I tried to hack the network, but the Vex Mind found me. I damaged it, but ultimately died. One of the last gaurdianless ghosts found me and rezed me. I renamed my pistol the Traveler's Chosen. I stole a ship and flew back to the tower, right as the The Red War started. When Ghaul almost killed me, I thought my first death as a Guardian would be my last. When Osiris and Ana Bray called for help, I did, and stayed afterwords to learn more about the species I had died trying to research. Many Gaurdians flocked to the reef, but I was still a new Guardian, so I stayed out of trouble, refusing to go to the reef, until I heard that Cayde had died. I flocked to the reef avenging Cayde. That is my Guardians backstory.

Had this idea that my exo Titan was a stoic silent type that pre collapse participated in exo strongmen competitions by modifying his baseline components, semi obsessed with upgrading himself, well he was in old Russia traveling at the cosmodrome when the building collapsed, he was trapped alongside my hunter and warlock and held up the roof as it began to fall, all three end up dying due to hypothermia as water leaks in and freezes all of them Fast forward a few hundred of years, a trio of friendly ghost mysteriously find each other and proceed to search the remains of the same underground facility there they find my guardians frozen in time up to their waist in ice, there they all revive and fight there way through a fallen scavenging team, stealing their ship and flying it into the tower wall(by accident) the rest is history

I had always assumed that I died a heroic death defending innocents. Then my ghost told me I tripped on the carpet and choked on a spoonful of Nutella... pretty sure it was a pity res.

My character is an Exo Hunter named Giellman-10. Giellman was revived by his Ghost, who he named Elsie, on a tundra moon far beyond where any Ghost was meant to go. After climbing out of icy canyon she found him in, they found a ship that could get to the City. When they passed through the Reef, they were shot down by Awoken forces and brought before Mara and Uldren Sov. However, instead of killing him and destroying Elsie, Mara decided to spare the two in exchange for their loyalty, which Giellman agreed. During the Reef Wars, Giellman would be used as a secret weapon by the Awoken against the House of Wolves; his Light tearing Barons and Servitors apart like how a sword cut through jelly. After the Reef Wars and Mara became the Kell of the House of Wolves, Giellman would improve his aim and skill with bows and snipers from both the Awoken, like Uldren, and the Fallen, as well as learning how to speak Eliksni from Variks. Giellman hardly ever encountered other Guardians, until the Wolves' Rebellion. But he would often meet with the Hunter Vanguard Cayde-6 whenever he visited the Reef. From him, Giellman would learn about the Last City, the wins and losses it had, and what it meant to be a Hunter. Elsie would try to convince Giellman to return with to the City, but Giellman would refuse and said the Queen needed him more. Cayde agreed, saying the Reef could use someone to defend it when he wasn't around. During the Taken War and Mara's supposed death, Giellman would work alongside Petra and Variks when it came to gathering Taken in the Prison of Elders to craft armour and weapons like the Dreadfang, which Giellman would wield himself, before parting ways with the Awoken and becoming a lone mercenary, selling his light and skills to whoever was willing to pay. When the Scorn were broken out of the Prison of Elders and began rampaging across the Reef, Giellman would receive a distress signal from 4 Vesta. Upon his arrival, he found the asteroid in ruins and his former allies slaughtered at the hands of eight barons and their kell. Uldren. After he revealed to him that he had killed Cayde, Giellman lashed out in blind fury. Which went about as well as you'd think.

I watched as ghosts gave life to their guardians, one from old Russia another from the edz, I look to my side, at my ghost, and that's when I remember how I came about; I was very interested in fallen arc weapons, for the better, really, since anything can happen if you turn your back out here. I decided that the cosmodrome would be a good place to set up shop, for at least a while, I was aware of the fallen presence, but the amount of unclaimed tech here would make the risk worth it. I searched through the facilities looking for something that could keep me alive out here, one stroke of luck later and I find my self some stealth tech tucked behind a box in a coleny ship, obviously someone wanted this for later, however I also needed it, I took what I needed and made up for the damage by splicing the parts together, I mean it wouldn't work perfectly but people aren't slayin' gods out here are they? My scavenged stealth tech worked fine, I decided that I would splice the tech into my shock pistol, but I would come to find that I needed more arc energy, returning to a wrecked old jump ship I found I decide to pull off the hood and that, right there, an arc amplifier this would make life a whole lot easier but that hole in the wall is really starting to creep me out, listen closely and you might here a low grumble and hisses from inside, must be that archon I saw in the mothyards, I'll try not to wake it up... This is bad the fallen seem to have found me and they want my modified pistol. I didn't want that gun in those grubby ether covered hands of a dreg so I guess I'll have to hold onto it for a while... OK so this is bad the fallen have congregated and they're calling themselves the devils, they've set up a prime sevitor and a few spider tanks I can't stay here, I'll leave them to be in peace before they sniff me out. I left through a hole in the cosmodrome wall, nearly there just got to get over that bridge, give it a few days and I'll be back in the edz, herd about a thing called the farm frome some fallen signal I decrypted. Ok this is really bad now., the bridge has collapsed and the only way over is kilometers away, guess that's my only option but then I have to go back thorough the cosmodrome and... A powerful bolt of arc hit the car next to me, no no no no no not like this, I take cover in a nearby car when a weird looking thing lands beside me, oh shi... And that's how I died... How itsupiki okami died... That's when my ghost revived me, I could still remember stuff since I was revived not very long after death, that's how I know this story... Even as a guardian I still live up to my name... Also that stealth tech was needed and nearly had me killed, oh well it served me well... Still can't remember where I put that pistol though...
