I am playing with a Warlock but not while wearing the Protocol. Loadout is as followed: Rev Dawn hood Apocalypse gloves Rev Dawn chest Geomag Stabilizer boots And Memory of Cayde bond

Okay. Are you using the Well of Radiance super?

Though I sometimes use it, the instance where this happened last night, I myself was not using it. I was using Chaos Reach. Someone else in the instance was using Well of Radiance.

No one in my Haunted Forest instance was using Well. And nothing specific seems to trigger it. The only common link I can find between these incidents is that they have all involved Hive enemies.
