Destiny 2 Character Boost
I have only one question. If I use the Destiny 2 Character Boost, will I get the campaign loot or not? At the end of red war, you receive loot for beating Ghual, do I get it? I would like the class specific loot drops for completing the campaigns but skip the work up to Forsaken.

Majority of common and rare class loot is unlocked but no legendaries or exotics you get as quest rewards

Pretty sure you need to complete the red war anyway since it unlocks the tower.
