Wired, WiFi, Mobile Hotspot? Why do you think that sending an Xbox to a company that has no authority to fix xboxs solve anything? BANS are permanent RESTRICTIONS are temporary In game SUSPENSIONS are 30mins - 1hr. Have you ATTEMPTED to play D2 on a different xbox?
