Powerful Engrams dropping at a lower Light level then mine? ( i am Light Level 522)
Hey Guys,
I was grinding out my character doing the weekly to get powerful engrams. But 2 of my powerful engram have dropped at a lower light level than mine. Is this normal? Is there a mechanic I am unaware off?
Could someone please advise?
