Wrong. Its a really strong super, and it is effective at what it does, but its not the strongest. (Talking PvP) Blade barrage can miss if people duck behind cover, slide under you, are too far away, randomly (although its unlikely.. it does happen) Nova Warp, like all roaming supers, can be shut down before it reaches you... but; 1. You move faster 2. Can blink around 3. Can blow up multiple people at once without having to strike them each at one time (spectral blades) 4. Dont even have to get that close, smg range with a fully charged blast will kill you 5. lasts a good amount of time It is like a better Fist of havoc, or arcstrider. It isnt really OP, but its the strongest for sure.
