3rd seed can be obtained by doing this weeks offering to the oracle, and jumping into the Oracle engine to see the Queen

Here I thought I'd be the first to post this and you beat me by five hours. That's what I get for doing my Flashpoint, Heroic Adventure, and clan stuff before hitting the Dreaming City. Ah well, at least I have to thrill of discovering it before reading it here... For once.

For those that dont know, you get 10% of your offering bounty this week for every tier completed in the well. Tier 1 is 10%. 2 is 20%, and 3...should be 30%. Well I got my bounty up to 70% and we kicked off a tier 3 to finish it up. Beat the third boss and as I was about to celebrate, we are thrown into a heroic encounter. OK...its a 580 activity, I'm 533...whatever. We almost beat the boss but time ran out, no big deal. Maybe next time. And as I set off to open the chest I checked my bounty progress and...its still at 70%!?! It didnt even count! Anyone else get this? I beat tier 3, but lost the heroic and got zero credit. So, a word of warning. If you are lower leveled (530'ish), stick to tier 1 or 2 to finish the bounty, as 3 wont count if you dont finish the heroic encounter. The more you know! 😡

Yup, all the whining and complaining by those thinking they have to do the raid to get it and all they had to do is wait. Bet they will complain this didn't happen sooner now.
