Cabbage & Lettuce Errors since 14th

Hello, since September 14 I can not play destiny 2 because the lettuce and cabbage error constantly appear. my isp is masmovil (Spain) masmovil (my isp) has made a series of fix and says that you have a problem on your servers, please, can you solve it? 10 days have passed without being able to play!
