Unplayable frame stutter
As of today, the game has become completely unplayable due to severe frame stutter. It actually seems to be switching between a 30fps lock and a 60fps lock on a 1 second interval. I have tried repair and fix and turning V-Sync on/off to no avail.

Activity:All activities, including orbit and menus.
Description: Frame stutter in all activities, renders game completely unplayable.

It exists even after a fresh rebuild of my gaming rig. However I never really noticed the micro stuttering before Forsaken. Right now the stuttering is BAD! Worst I've ever seen it.

2 RepliesWELCOME TO HELL BUDDY! This issue has been reported to hell and back a billion times since launch and they continue to ignore it time and time again. Soon a useless Bungie rep will show up here and recommend you repair the game, delete the cvars file or some other useless garbage that has been tested a million times and proven not to help. There is no known fix and they will continue to ignore our pleas to play the product we paid them for.

Same problem on my 970 laptop, although the 1080 desktop seems ok.
