No compromising, no replacing them with an equally rare material. Nobody asked for this. Nobody enjoys this. "But now infusion means something." It always meant something! It meant that the stuff you enjoyed using could come with you to the end game. Now all it means is frustration when a weapon or armour piece you like has to be left behind because of Masterwork cores. This is about as anti player as you can be, Bungie.
