I understand how this feature works. A post is made, it goes on the list time stamped with how long ago it was updated. After team is full or owner no longer needs it then they have to Close the fireteam and it disappears from the list. The problem is that most people either don’t understand how it works or are just lazy. Then combined with the fact that each time a person joins or leaves the post is “updated” and it goes back up as new in the list of requests. So we may have an abandoned post that was started 2 hours ago but now shows as if it’s from 20 seconds ago because people that joined removed themselves. And each time they realize the post is bust and remove themselves it keeps “updating” it and bumping it up. The automatic update mechanic is useful so I wouldn’t remove it. But maybe a label can be added stating how long ago it was initially posted so people can skip those that were abandoned an hour ago.
