•
but tune it so it doesn’t feel to be the only viable power weapon in this mode.
Theres nothing saying the tuning is limited to Gambit. What thats talking about is making a general retune in order to make people pick other guns in Gambit. Theres a real possibility Sleeper will be made redundant in Gambit and by extension PvE. If thats the case, congratulations on setting the nerf cycle back in motion.

umm but what mode do you think "in this mode" is implying? They clearly mention in Gambit prior. Also, they could mean when they said "but tune it" Tuning Gambit in general, and not changing sleeper itself. Juust relax, and wait for the details before jumping to conclusions. Also please don't blame me for them tuning anything. Like I said earlier in a post, it doesn't bother me getting shot by it. Death is not the end, you respawn. Dang those old school warlocks from d1 getting to me again. ANNND If i was bungie, I'd be more worried about the new void warlock grenade! *evil grins*

  •
umm but what mode do you think "in this mode" is implying? They clearly mention in Gambit prior.
They didnt say "Retune it in Gambit" did they? They just said they were tuning it, and gave the reason.
Also, they could mean when they said "but tune it" Tuning Gambit in general, and not changing sleeper itself. Juust relax, and wait for the details before jumping to conclusions.
They're clearly talking about tuning Sleeper. Were you here for D1? Every time they touched a top tier exotic, it became redundant. Some concern about where this is going is perfectly valid.
Also please don't blame me for them tuning anything. This feels like a backward step.

Um yes they did. They said, We want to retain the strength of the weapon, but tune it so it doesn’t feel to be the only viable power weapon in this mode. This mode being Gambit. Geeze. I'm done commenting on it. People will interpret it however they want, just like the bible. so.. it's futile.

  • Yes. Tune it BECAUSE of Gambit, not tune it solely in Gambit.
