All you have to do is make the invader visible like the team being invaded is. Don’t touch the weapons just tune the encounters. They already have an over shield. Just let everybody see everybody. Even in my eyes.

  • So you'd let 4 people, potentially with Sleepers, know the location of the 1? You know that the overshield doesnt stop them getting OHK'd by Snipers, Shotguns, Linear Fusions and yes, Sleeper? Awful idea. Away with you.

So you would rather them start nerfing things? Was just trying to give an alternate solution. Yes, I would rather them be seen then bungie start nerfing things. The team being invaded is also getting shot at by the adds and bosses. I don’t think it would tip too heavy in favor one way or another. It’s still a distraction if you have to stop what your doing and go after the enemy team. What’s your solution?

  • Change its PVP bodyshot damage. So long as it stays as beastly as it is in PvE I dont really care what they do to it tbh.

  • It gambit is considered pve, not pvp. Not sure they could. They’ve been able to separate to some extent with damage to players verses damage to ai combatants in the past. But gambit is a hybrid. Maybe they can do what you suggest. I would be good with that. But I do believe it’s technically considered a pve mode??? I also agree with some others saying to nerf the ammo drops for heavy in gambit. I think that too is a good possibility.

  • I dont think an ammo nerf for it would change much tbh. Then theres the fact that what I suggested makes a top tier exotic perform the same as, if not worse than, a legendary Linear Fusion. Does that seem like a particularly good state of affairs?
