As today, September 14 I did the flash point nessus and it gave me a helmet 532, when my actual helmet is 535. What. The. -blam!-.
I also been playing everyday since forsaken released, not a single exotic engram. I was about to get it myself from Xur but he doesn’t even sell it anymore.

This isn't broken. You may have had a higher helmet but the drop is based on your total power level. So that means even though you had a 535 helmet, 532 dropped because your power level is 531. You most likely got a T1 powerful engram which only drops at 1 higher than your total power level
