Bungie cannot issue refunds as they are not a retailer and did not sell you Destiny 2 nor the expansions.
For any refund you would need to contact the retailer you purchased from.

Bungie cannot grant refunds. If the retailer is passing you off this means they cannot or won’t refund you. I’m sorry but nothing can be done.

No I’m not an employee, I am a Mentor chosen by Bungie. Bungie are a developer who did not sell you Destiny or any expansions. They are not a retailer and cannot grant refunds. Only the retailer you paid money to can grant you a refund on their discretion. I am sorry, but nothing can be done for you here.
