Who do I talk to about reversing an account ban? I was in the middle of a cut scene playing with a friend, and I was trying to send a ghost shell from my hunter to my lock, when I was removed from the game. At first, I thought it was a simple connection error, like it has been, and when I tried to log back in, it said I was banned. I did nothing wrong, and cannot find anyone to talk to about this. There is no phone support to call, there is no email to send, I sent an email to the "Contact Us" email on the page, but it was answered by saying it was not for that. It is for merch support. This system is very much unorthodox and severely inefficient. I am rather upset and annoyed about this. Please help!
