Since june when I purchased the game, loading into crucible or the tower has severely lowered my frame rate and caused high input lag. I have reinstalled destiny twice, changed internet provider (When i moved back to university) and I've purchased a new graphics card (A GTX 970). The maximum I can get in 60 fps at the very start of a round before it deteriorates to about 17-22 fps. This is making crucible and crucible bounties extremely difficult. General game play such as world activities, missions and strikes are unaffected.
