Error Code: Saxophone

So all it comes down to is that once I'm launched the game and hit the menu where I'm prompted to hit "enter" I get the saxophone error code. I looked up what that means and I both own the game and I'm trying to launch it via the Battle.net App. So unless someone is somehow logged into my account on another computer I don't know what's going on and would appreciate any assistance that could be sent my way.

  • Hello, You may want to check your Battlenet purchase history and make sure you own the full game and not the trial. Also fully close Destiny 2 and the Battlenet app and then restart your PC and try playing again.
