So all it comes down to is that once I'm launched the game and hit the menu where I'm prompted to hit "enter" I get the saxophone error code. I looked up what that means and I both own the game and I'm trying to launch it via the Battle.net App. So unless someone is somehow logged into my account on another computer I don't know what's going on and would appreciate any assistance that could be sent my way.

Hello, You may want to check your Battlenet purchase history and make sure you own the full game and not the trial. Also fully close Destiny 2 and the Battlenet app and then restart your PC and try playing again.
