Can you create a multi planet Ghost

Like your armor where you can change to the green or blue, can you do the same with a ghost but instead make it that you can change the ghosts zone to any planet you go to and the attributes for that planet eg: Chests + Resources, etc etec. I have so many ghosts of the same kind but for different planets and it would be so much easier and vault saving space to create a multi zone ghost instead. Oh and NOT behind a paywall please, make it that you have to do maybe a step by step task to get the ghost, like we did with Sagira and other guns etc. Just a suggestion

    • I got an exotic ghost for Mercury that shows resource and cache at 40m and will summon my sparrow quicker, on Mercury where there are NO fkn sparrows. F.U. Bungo

      • That would be amazing! I'd like to see that sort of upgrade have the ability to be applied to whatever ghost shell we choose. Like a mod that can be applied to any shell and make it more universal. It really sucks when we get an awesome ghost shell with a roll we don't need/want. The ability to toggle between planets and the detection of resources, chests, extra faction rewards all on a ghost shell(s) of our choosing would be FANTASTIC!

      • you want one of the newer ones - probably from Tess that has Treasure Hunter - Detects caches within a 50-meter range and increases Glimmer gain. works on all planets but for chests only - not resources. and I believe with the new update that will become worthless since it is resources (Green) that will become valuable instead of the tokens, which are currently worth more - though, on second though, they might be putting resources into the chests going forward - more research needed assistant.

        • My suggestion... Have each exotic ghost drop from RNG and in some cases from specific activities. Then have the player upgrade the ghost. Like the Solstice gear, equip the ghost and complete activities associated with the perk that you want to unlock. Earn 50,000 glimmer on mercury to unlock the 10% bonus glimmer on mercury perk for that ghost. Each ghost would have objectives for every perk. To make some ghost unique from the rest, they will have exotic perks exclusive to that ghost.

        • Since Exotics are handed out like candy, maybe it's time for a new tier of item. Black Label items. They could be called "Rumors" and be so ridiculously low chance to drop, that Nightfall guns and Strike Catalysts will look like 2 Tokens and a Blue. The Ghoat could detect resources and Chests on all locations within 70 Meters. Insta Summon Sparrows, Increase Experience by 10% in all activities, collect resources for you while you sleep, and reduce your respawn timer in Strikes by 75%.

            • I’d rather have the last city shell redone (either kept as a legendary or redone as an exotic) with optional ornaments so you can make it look like each stage that it did in the beginning of the game

            • There are a few exotic ghost shells that you get from bright engrams that you get from levelling up that gives you multi-planet functions (just listing the ones that are in my inventory, never spent a cent at tess btw): Star Map Shell has: Treasure Hunter - 50 meter cache detection on all planets Winter Lotus, Bursting Wisdom and Predator Sun Shell has: Public defender - increases loot from public events on all destinations. Predator sun shell is available at tess for around 2K bright dust, if you want that you can delete a few of your legendary ghosts, I know I've deleted all of mine.

              • Just remove the planetary attribute. It doesn't really make any sense and would make the perk combinations more interesting. The best ghosts are the ones that just do a thing, not a thing in a specific place.

              • Starmap ghost detects cashes on any planet, they just need to update it to see resources as well and all shells for planets will be defunct. That's not gonna happen

              • Just have a generic ghost shell. Within that shell you can have multiple skins, let’s call them ornaments or summit, and within each Ghost you have nodes that can be unlocked by achieving a “thing” let’s call them planetary quests. So we’d end up with a single ghost that can be tarted up to look like a box, an over pumped ball, a shuriken, a set of Ben wa balls, or a package delivered by DPD 👀 that would have attributes within the ghost that makes it useful wherever you go WITHOUT having to go into the menu. It could even be made to switch its shell /attributes depending on what you are doing. Personally I want a moody ghost, one I can make faces (via emotes) or rude hand gestures at since we have permanent tonsillitis and it responds by being moody or refusing to help or speak, or even get snarky and alerts the enemies when I’m trying to sneak past. Dunno why, but I do.

              • Aside from omni-telemetry for gunsmith material I'd like this perk [u]purely[/u] for the sake of using the same shell all the time. I really like the Sagira shell, but being limited to only using its perks on Mercury I pretty much never use it. If I could swap the mods (for some sort of cost, say glimmer?) and interchange them for wherever I want to farm that'd be awesome. Currently stuck using some green marble-looking ghost and it leaves a lot to be desired for cosmetics 🙃

                • I don’t use them. Nightstalker’s Keen Scout puts resources and chest on the radar, it’s done that since TTK. So I just a public event ghost, a crucible one, and a strike one.

                • It took me a while but I finally have 5 exotic ghosts each with its own chest/resource detector for each destination. Farming mats for infusion is gonna be cake!
